You’re welcome to bring your boat and launch it at the community dock. There are also nearby marinas where you can rent boats and jet skis. We recommend Oasis Water Sports. They will bring the boat to the dock and pick it up.

Yes, there is private trailer parking and a boat launch within the community.

We recommend bringing towels, life jackets (especially for children), floats, paddle boards or kayaks (if you have them), a portable air pump for inflatables, sunscreen, hats, and a cooler for drinks and snacks. Don’t forget a dry bag to keep your phone and valuables safe!

Both homes feature fully equipped kitchens (cookware, bakeware, basic utensils, coffee maker/Keurig), comfortable bedrooms with bed linens, central air conditioning and heat, and outdoor seating areas. We also provide a starter supply of essentials: coffee filters, K-cups, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, and hand soap. You will need to bring or purchase additional items depending on the length of your stay.
What should we bring?
While the homes are well-stocked for your arrival, we recommend bringing:
Beach or lake towels (bath towels are for indoor use only)
Personal toiletries (shampoo, body wash, etc.)
Your favorite spices, condiments, and cooking oils
Extra paper goods (napkins, paper plates, additional toilet paper)
Specialty kitchen items (e.g., rice cooker, blender, etc.)
Zip-top bags, food storage containers, foil, and wrap (limited basics provided)
Sunscreen, bug spray, and after-sun lotion
Life jackets and any specialized flotation gear
Reusable water bottles and a cooler for lake days
Your own water toys (kayaks, paddle boards, inflatables — we do not provide these)
Firewood (if you plan to use the fire pit)

Yes, both Serenity Now and Beats Workin’ have reliable high-speed internet provided by Xfinity.

Yes, we provide fresh linens and towels for 24 guests.

No, we do not provide water toys. Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks, paddle boards, floats, or other lake gear.

Lakeside Estates is located in LaFollette, Tennessee, accessible by car with ample parking available.
Guests can also fly into the Knoxville airport, which is about a 50-minute drive.

Grocery stores and restaurants are a short 10-20 minute drive away in LaFollette. Additionally, Instacart and DoorDash services are available in the area.

Yes, Lakeside Estates has a residents-only pool that guests are welcome to use. However, our pro tip is to spend as much time in the lake as possible. Bring your life jackets and enjoy the water!

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10AM.

We allow one dog per stay. The dog must be well behaved and non shedding/hypoallergenic. There is a $40/night fee for hosting a dog. Please let your host know prior to booking.
